1.0 fl. oz. of Green Creme de Menthe
Half a teaspoon of Caster Sugar
Crushed Ice

Mixing Procedure
Place Mint Leaves and Caster Sugar into a tumbler, crush with a spoon, add Cognac and Green Creme de Menthe, fill with Crushed Ice, stir, serve with a Straw.
