Slice of Ginger
Cinnamon
Cloves
Ice
1.5 fl. oz. of Bourbon
Suggested Garnish
Wedge of Lime
Mixing Procedure
Infuse tea with Cinnamon, Cloves and Ginger, strain hot tea into a cocktail shaker, add Bourbon and ice, shake, strain into a highball glass filled with ice, garnish with a Wedge of Lime.
