Amarelle Cherry Cup
Serves 20
2 jars of pitted Amarelle Cherries
3.0 fl. oz. of Apricot Brandy
2 bottles of Red Wine
Ice
2 sliced Apricots
3 bottles of Champagne

Mixing Procedure
Drain the Amarelle Cherries and place in a punch bowl, add Apricot Brandy, refrigerate for an hour, add Red Wine, stir, just before serving add ice, slices of Apricot, top with Champagne, stir, serve in wine glasses.
