1 bottle of Spanish Red Wine
4.0 fl. oz. of Spanish Brandy
1.0 fl. oz. of Triple Sec or Cointreau
2 teaspoons of Caster Sugar
0.5 fl. oz. of Lemon Juice
0.5 fl. oz. of Orange Juice
Half a sliced Apple, Orange, Lemon and Lime
Soda Water

Mixing Procedure
Combine all ingredients (except ice, Soda Water, and Slices of Apple, Orange, Lemon and Lime) into a punch bowl, starting with the Caster Sugar, stir to dissolve the Caster Sugar, marinate a couple of hours, just before serving add Slices of Apple, Orange, Lemon and Lime, add ice and Soda Water, serve in wine glasses.
