4.0 fl. oz. of Cognac
4.0 fl. oz. of Caster Sugar
2 Lemons, cut in half
Ice
1 bottle of Champagne
Suggested Garnish
 
Mixing Procedure
Pour all ingredients (except Champagne) into a pitcher, stir until Caster Sugar dissolves, chill, just before serving top with Champagne, serve in wine glasses.
