6.0 fl. oz. of Dark Rum
6.0 fl. oz. of Bourbon
6 beaten Eggs
6.0 oz. of Caster Sugar
Pinch of Salt
15 fl. oz. of Double Cream
15 fl. oz. of Milk

Ground Nutmeg

Mixing Procedure
Pour all ingredients into a punch bowl, stir until Caster Sugar dissolves, refigerate for a couple of hours, stir, serve in wine glasses, garnish with a sprinkle of Ground Nutmeg.
