Homemade Lemonade
Soda Water
1.0 fl. oz. of Lemon Syrup
Ice
Lemon Syrup
6 large Lemons
6 whole Cloves
Boiling Water
2 cups of Caster Sugar

Slice of Lemon

Mixing Procedure
Place ice into a highball glass, pour over Lemon Syrup, and top with Soda Water, garnish with a Slice of Lemon.
Lemon Syrup
Slice Lemons, place into a large bowl with the Cloves and cover with Boiling Water, leave overnight, strain into pan, discarding Lemons and Cloves, add Caster Sugar to pan, warm, stir until Caster Sugar dissolves, bring to boil and simmer until liquid is thick and syrupy, cool.
