Rum Swizzle

1.0 fl. oz. of Lime Juice
1 teaspoon of Caster Sugar
Soda Water
2 Dashes of Bitters
2.0 fl. oz. of White Rum

Garnish

Stirrer

Mixing Procedure

Pour Lime Juice, Caster Sugar and Soda Water into a highball glass, fill with Crushed Ice, stir, add Bitters and White Rum, top with Soda Water, serve with a Stirrer.
