Cactus Pear Margarita

Salt
2.0 fl. oz. of Silver Tequila
1.0 fl. oz. of Cointreau
0.5 fl. oz. of Lime Juice
1 peeled and diced Cactus Pear
Ice

Garnish

Wedge of Lime

Mixing Procedure

Frost the rim of a margarita glass with salt, place the Cactus Pear into a cocktail shaker, crush with a spoon, add remaining ingredients, shake, strain into the margarita glass, garnish with a Wedge of Lime.
