0.5 fl. oz. of Apricot Brandy
Half a teaspoon of Caster Sugar
0.5 fl. oz. of Lime Juice
0.5 fl. oz. of Pineapple Juice

Crushed Ice

Mixing Procedure

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with the ice, shake, strain into a highball glass half filled with Crushed Ice, garnish with a Wedge of Pineapple, serve with Straws.
