3 Sugar Cubes
1.0 fl. oz. of Lemon Vodka
4 Dashes of Orange Bitters
Crushed Ice

Mixing Procedure

Place Kumquats and Sugar Cubes into a tumbler, crush with a spoon, add all ingredients, stir, fill with Crushed Ice, serve with a Straw.
