2.0 fl. oz. of Gin
1.0 fl. oz. of Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon of Caster Sugar
1 Egg White
Soda Water
Crushed Ice
Suggested Garnish
Mixing Procedure
Combine all ingredients (except Soda Water) in a cocktail shaker with the ice, shake, strain into a highball glass, top with Soda Water.
