0.5 fl. oz. of Lemon Juice
Dash of Sugar Syrup
1 teaspoon of Egg White Powder
Ice

Garnish

Maraschino Cherry

Mixing Procedure

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with the ice, shake, strain into a martini glass, garnish with a Maraschino Cherry dropped into the glass.
