2.0 fl. oz. of Gin
0.5 fl. oz. of Lemon Juice
0.5 fl. oz. of Lime Juice
2.0 fl. oz. of Double Cream
2 Dashes of Orange Cordial
1 Egg White
Soda Water
Caster Sugar
Crushed Ice

Garnish

Wedge of Lime

Mixing Procedure

Frost the rim of a highball glass with Caster Sugar, combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with the ice, shake, strain into a highball glass, top with Soda Water, garnish with a Wedge of Lime.
