Boston Sour

2.5 fl. oz. of Bourbon
1.0 fl. oz. of Lemon Juice
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Dash of Egg White Powder
Dash of Sugar Syrup
Ice

Garnish

Slice of Lemon
Maraschino Cherry

Mixing Procedure

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with the ice, shake, strain into a martini glass, garnish with a Slice of Lemon and a Maraschino Cherry.
