Mint Julep

6 Mint Leaves
1 teaspoon of Caster Sugar
1 tablespoon of Water
1.5 fl. oz. of Bourbon
Crushed Ice
Soda Water

Garnish

Sprig of Mint
Straw
Stirrer

Mixing Procedure

Place Mint Leaves, Caster Sugar and Water into a tumbler, crush with a spoon, add Bourbon and Crushed Ice, stir, top with Soda Water, garnish with a Sprig of Mint, serve with a Straw and a Stirrer.
