1.0 fl. oz. of Ginger Wine
2 Slices of Ginger
2 Mint Leaves
Ice
Crushed Ice
Apple Juice

Mixing Procedure
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with the ice, shake, strain into a tumbler filled with Crushed Ice, top with Apple Juice, stir, garnish with a Sprig of Mint.
