Dash of Creme de Cassis
Champagne

Garnish

1 scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream
Raspberries

Mixing Procedure

Combine Raspberry Liqueur, Creme de Cassis in a champagne flute, stir, slowly top with Champagne, float a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream on top, garnish with Raspberries.
