Pisco Sour

2.5 fl. oz. of Pisco
1.0 fl. oz. of Lime Juice
Dash of Egg White Powder
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Dash of Sugar Syrup
Ice

Garnish

Wedge of Lime

Mixing Procedure

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with the ice, shake, strain into a martini glass, garnish with a Wedge of Lime.
