6.0 fl. oz. of Pineapple Juice
Crushed Ice
Prosecco
Ice
Garnish
Stem of Red Currants
Mixing Procedure
Combine all ingredients (except Prosecco) in a cocktail shaker with the ice, shake, strain into a highball glass filled with Crushed Ice, top with Prosecco, stir, garnish with a Stem of Red Currants on the rim.
