2 Slices of Ginger
1.0 fl. oz. of Bourbon
1.0 fl. oz. of Pineapple Juice
Ice
Champagne
Garnish
Wedge of Pineapple
Mixing Procedure
Place Ginger in a cocktail shaker with the ice, crush with a spoon, add ice, Bourbon and Pineapple Juice, shake, strain into a champagne flute, top with Champagne, stir, garnish with a Wedge of Pineapple.
