0.5 fl. oz. of Cherry Brandy
1.0 fl. oz. of Orange Juice
Ice
0.5 fl. oz. of Cognac
0.5 fl. oz. of Double Cream
Pink Champagne
Garnish
Twist of Orange
Sprig of Red Currants
Mixing Procedure
Combine Aperol, Cherry Brandy and Orange Juice in a cocktail shaker with the ice, shake, strain into a champagne flute, top to three quarters with Pink Champagne, stir, combine Cognac and Double Cream in a shaker, shake, float the mixture on top, garnish with a Twist of Orange and a Sprig of Red Currants.
