1.0 fl. oz. of Cognac
Dash of Grand Mariner
Ice
Champagne

Garnish

Strawberry

Mixing Procedure

Combine all ingredients (except Champagne) in a cocktail shaker with the ice, shake, strain into a champagne flute, top with Champagne, stir, garnish with a Strawberry in the glass.
