Fish House Punch

Serves 10
6.0 fl. oz. of Peach Liqueur
12.0 fl. oz. of Cognac
6.0 fl. oz. of Dark Rum
6.0 fl. oz. of Lemon Juice
3.0 fl. oz. of Sugar Syrup
36 fl. oz. of Mineral Water
Wedges of Peach
Slices of Lemon
Block of Ice

Garnish

Mixing Procedure

Pour all ingredients (except Mineral Water) into a punch bowl, top with Mineral Water, add the Fruit, just before serving add the ice, serve in wine glasses.
