0.5 fl. oz. of Tia Maria
0.5 fl. oz. of Amaretto
1.0 fl. oz. of Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon of Egg White Powder
Ice

Garnish

Maraschino Cherry
Slice of Orange
Cocktail Stick

Mixing Procedure

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with the ice, shake, strain into a martini glass, garnish with a Maraschino Cherry and a Slice of Orange on Cocktail Stick.
