0.5 fl. oz. of Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon of Caster Sugar
Soda Water

Garnish

Berries
Cocktail Stick
Straw

Mixing Procedure

Combine all berries and Lemon Juice in a blender, blend, sprinkle with Caster Sugar, blend, strain into a highball glass filled with ice, top with Soda Water, garnish with berries on a Cocktail Stick, a Sprig of Mint, serve with a Straw.
