Tangy Lemon Crush
Serves 15
1 cup of Caster Sugar
1 cup of Water
3 tablespoons of finely Grated Lemon Rind
1 cup of Lemon Juice
One and a half litres of Water

Mixing Procedure
Combine Caster Sugar and Water in a pan, warm and stir until Caster Sugar is dissolved, boil for a minute, cool, combine Lemon Rind, Lemon Juice and Water in a large jug, add the Sugar Syrup, let stand for two hours, strain, refrigerate, dilute to taste, serve in a highball glass.
