Water
1 heaped teaspoon of Chopped White Chocolate
1 mug of Hot Milk

Mixing Procedure

Combine Cocoa Powder and Water in a mug to make a paste, add White Chocolate, pour over the Hot Milk, briskly stir until frothy.
